Return/Refund Policy

Cancel Order:
We accept cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

Refund (if applicable)

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. To return an item, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
The products and shipping costs paid by the customer will be refunded, and the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be processed within the specified number of days and automatically charged to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or lost returns (if any)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially issued. Then contact your bank. Returns usually take some time to process. If you've done all of this and haven't received your refund yet, please contact us at asvipservice@hotmail.com.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as shipped, and in the original packaging. Stains, creased paper, broken seals, or torn plastic will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to refund or replace products if they are returned in unacceptable condition. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-refundable items include items purchased through a reseller, products purchased in error, and products damaged due to customer misuse. If items are returned due to sizing issues, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

1. How can I return the goods?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your return request and provide further instructions once approved.

2. What happens if the item I receive is defective/wrong/damaged?

Did you receive a defective device or the wrong product? Are you dissatisfied with your order?
Contact our customer service (contact us) to initiate the return process.
You will need to provide the following information:
order number,
tax invoice, yes
, video or photo of the defective product (if available),
enter your shipping address,
and phone number.
In some cases, you may be required to provide a video or photo of the defective product as proof of return or replacement.

3. How long does the return process take?

Returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. Once your return is processed, we'll send you a confirmation email.
Defective products will be refunded in full. For non-defective products, refunds exclude all shipping and handling fees.

4. When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be charged to the original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the returned product or requesting cancellation. Contact your card-issuing bank to find out when the refund will be credited to your account.
