We accept order cancellations before delivery or production of the product. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders after the product has been shipped.
Return (if necessary)
Returns accepted. Buyers are entitled to a refund within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
To return a product, it must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return purchased products to the manufacturer.
Customers are required to pay shipping costs (returns) a maximum of one time; consumers are not charged any return fees.
Credits (if any)
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been received and verified. We'll also notify you when a return is accepted or rejected. If your refund is accepted, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or payment method on the specified date.
Delayed sale or failure to sell (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for the return to be officially announced. Therefore, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some time to process. If you still haven't received your refund after the above situation, please contact us at asvipservice@hotmail.com.
